Tracking

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Chug Chariot is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Chug Chariot is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
