We want you to be stoked with your purchase from Chug Chariot. If your order is not what you expected, let's make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, no questions asked.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be purchased within the last 30 days

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in the original packaging


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

  • Custom or personalized products (if applicable)

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items:

  • Orders may be canceled prior to shipment for a full refund

  • Once a pre-order has shipped, it is subject to the standard return policy

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost and risk of return shipping unless the item:

  • Arrived damaged

  • Was incorrect

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 7–10 business days for processing after receipt

We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned item does not meet eligibility requirements.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include photos if possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase:

  • You will receive store credit for the value of the returned item

If the item was not marked as a gift:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser
